Thus, through these common elements, these two art forms, but take separate paths still retain their similarities, and become a complement and mutual influence.
These influences and relationships are analyzed in this research, to finally make an approach to the particular case of the British band Queen, through the analysis of some of his letters and the biography of its members, especially the vocals Group: tenor Farookh Bulsara, better known as Freddie Mercury.
Through interviews with knowledgeable people in the literary and musical, and surveys of students between 20 and 30 years of the National Pedagogical University, racing BA in English and Foreign Language Teaching and Bachelor of Music, conclusions are drawn perception and awareness that people have about the relationship literature - music.
Another aspect to be analyzed within this research is how opera and theater, whose bases are literary, manifest in the staging of the group. It argues that existentialism makes constant presence in their compositions.
