The Metropolitan Cuatro Caminos, we find a site with an approximate area of \u200b\u200b20,000 m2 whose current use is for the garages and offices of Metro Tetuan.
This lot is situated between two main roads of the city, north to Avenue of the Queen Victoria and south-west Paul Street Iglesias.
growth being experienced in this area of \u200b\u200bMadrid, with traffic congestion that occurs in the Glorieta de Cuatro Caminos, suggests the transformation of the urban void.
aim is to create a social purpose building that articulates and rehabilitate existing units and manage the demands of the area.
To this end, we propose the creation of a transport interchange to organize the existing lines metro (L1 and L2) and buses passing through the area and congestion and the Glorieta de Cuatro Caminos. Propose a rehabilitation of existing underground parking and the creation of new public space for social use and commercial culture.
